Course Title : Veterinary Medicine and Public Health

Course Description : In this course students are introduced to the wide range of veterinary involvement in maintaining and assuring human health, nationally and globally. Topics discussed include: zoonosis, food safety, epidemiological theory and surveillance methods, basic inference methods, computer, exercises involving data and One Health Concept involving intersections of veterinary medicine, human medice and enviromental health.
