Course Title : Small Animal internal Medicine I

Course Description : This course is designed to familiarize the 7th and 8 th semesters students with the ethology, pathophysiology, epidemiology, clinical presentation, diagnostic Assessment, and treatment of commonly observed sheep and goat internal diseases. Emphasis is placed on the clinical approach for Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of the sick large animals (both chronic and emergent) in Faculty’s hospital or small animal private farms in the island. Herd health management and biosecurity issues are also discussed.
