Course Name: HEALTH LAW

Course description: Concepts of health and law, their effects and relationships to each other, the concept of health law, the place and importance of health law in public law and private law, analysis and legal qualities of health issues regulated by private laws, responsibilities of health institutions and organizations, legal and criminal health personnel responsibilities, rights and duties, legal and criminal responsibilities regulated by our special laws, jurisdiction and responsibilities, legal qualifications, family planning, blood transfusion, organ transplantation, medical evacuation, legal characteristics of the concepts of euthanasia, euthanasia, general rules accepted by international agreements and evaluation of principles in terms of health law.
