Biography:
Born in Karaman in 1946, Eryılmaz graduated from Ankara University in 1967. Continuing his education in Queens College City University of New York, furthermore completed his master’s degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of California (Davis) and completed his doctorate at the same university. He has been in various positions since started his career in America, then he has undertaken the duties of the Directorate in the TR. Ministry of Agriculture and has provided consultancy services. In addition to lecturing, he was the Head of the Department of Economics at Atılım University. He has given lectures at different times at Hacettepe, Gazi and ODTÜ Universities. Eryılmaz, who has many articles and books, is still living in Ankara.
