Brief Course Description: The aim of this course is to teach the students the methods to collect, analyse and interpret the results obtained from this analysis. In Statistics I the following topics are addressed: Arrangement of statistical data, Central tendency measures (Means), Variability and asymmetry measures, Probability theory, Random variables, Continuous and continuous probability, Sampling theory.
