Biography:
Born in Gaziantep in 1970, Ms. Kılıç graduated with a Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Selçuk University in 1991. She completed her further study at Gebze Technology Institute in 1997. She has successfully worked in several companies such as BELBİM A.Ş and E-KENT Technology and Payment Systems. In 2015, she became the Lead Product Manager of TURKCELL. She has held a Board Member and 2nd Chairperson of Information and Communication Technologies Authority of Turkey (BTK) and she has the same position at ULAK A.Ş. Currently she is the General Manager of Directorate of Service Delivery at Social Security Institution of Turkey.
