Course description: Definition of communication, communication process and its elements, classification of communication, interpersonal communication: why individuals communicate with each other, the nature of interpersonal communication, factors that distinguish interpersonal communication from other types of communication; interpersonal communication: definition of interpersonal communication, communication models, elements and features of interpersonal communication, effective speaking and listening, conflict in communication.
