Course Description: Nutritional genomics has the potential to bring innovation to future nutritional guidelines and personal recommendations. Nutritional genomics; It also includes nutrigenomics and investigates the effects of nutrients on genome, proteome and metabolom. The most important goal of nutrigenetics is to clarify the genetic variations in the relationships between diet and diseases.
