Course Name: Nutrition Principles I
Weekly lecture and application hours of the course: 2-3
Course description: Structure, properties classification, functions, sources, daily intake recommendations, excessive intake and toxicities of carbohydrates, proteins and lipids. Nutrient content of foods, processing and cooking methods, application of some basic and traditional recipes in the laboratory.
